Yesterday, we used up about 3 hrs trying to convince a customer of ours that brand new personal computers simply will not come set up with all the items that almost all personal computers need in a PC. We attempted to persuade him that a fully functional personal computer is engineered to be personalized with specially chosen hardware and computer software components - and that the personal computer bought at the shop doesn’t come with these things.
