Once you know what process contains the error you choose the tab at the top of the Window that corresponds to the item that has been identified. You then select one option below that and continue to reboot your computer until you find the process that contains the error.
If you are unsuccessful finding the error or do not feel comfortable altering your system, use a registry repair program. There are a few very good registry scanners that can fix rundll32.exe quickly.
